Twenty Unopened Letters Jigsaw Puzzle (from Finally Mrs. Darcy)

Below is an image that I found on Deposit Photos that I thought would pair well with Finally Mrs. Darcy since a stack of unopened letters has been keeping Darcy company for five years. Just below the photo is a few lines from chapter 6 where those letters make an appearance.

I also thought that it would be fun to make this image into a jigsaw puzzle. You can solve the puzzle by clicking on the link below the excerpt.

You might also like to know that Finally Mrs. Darcy is on sale for just $0.99* until the end of October. It is also one of the two Ebooks to Keep for my $2 or more Patreon subscribers. Click here to go to my book promotions page of my website for a links and more info.

Pink and white roses with vintage books, old-fashioned letters, and an antique key.
Image was purchased from Deposit Photos.

“There are twenty,” Darcy said as he spread them out on the desk. “All addressed to you. None opened.” He chose the letter from the bottom of the pile…

“Do you have any idea what is contained within this?” He broke the seal. “I suspect it is very much the same as what you have written to your wife – a plea for forgiveness, a begging that things might be restored…

Five years,” he said softly, “is much longer than two days.”

Names and Colours from With Quill and Ink and Arguing With Mary Crossword and Wordsearch

Have you read the Sweet Possibilities and Sweet Extras pair of With Quill and Ink and Arguing with Mary?

Whether you have or not, it’s time to have some bookish fun with those stories.

Below are both a crossword puzzle of words and clues from those two books and a wordsearch of the same words.

The words that answer all the clues in the crossword can also be found in the Names and Colours from With Quill and Ink and Arguing With Mary Wordsearch puzzle. So, if you need help guessing what the crossword answers are, there’s a word bank for that. 🙂

You may download and print out the puzzles to do on paper, or if you prefer, you can click the button at the bottom of the crossword (and top of the wordsearch) that says “Let’s Play” to be taken to a web page where you can play online.

It should be noted that your progress goes away when you close the tab for the puzzle unless you create a free account. If you created an account for the Touches of Austen wordsearch or crosswords, this is the same place so you can just sign in with that account. If you haven’t created an account and decide to do so, it will work for both of these puzzles, the Touches of Austen ones you can find in the bookish fun section, and any future puzzles I decide to create using this site.

Match Me to My Book (Sweet Possibilities)

I don’t know about you, but I find seeing the cover helpful to remember the story. 🙂

LEVEL: Great at Remembering Details (aka Hard)

INSTRUCTIONS: Click play to start. You will be given a story item at the top and the titles of the Sweet Possibility books below. Click on the book title that matches the item. It will flash green if you are correct or red if you are incorrect. There will be three items per book.

Willow Hall Jigsaw Puzzles

We are going to Derbyshire for my series highlight this month because that’s where my Willow Hall romance series is set.

It begins in book one, And Then Love, with a Pride and Prejudice prequel that sets the stage for what’s going to happen when we get to books 2-4.

Book 2, The Tenant’s Guest, begins the summer after Darcy’s proposal at Hunsford, but before the Gardiners arrive in Derbyshire for a visit.

From there, we follow the new story line that changes how Darcy and Elizabeth end up together. We also get to see Lydia’s story play out differently as well as Jane and Bingley’s.

It is a series that is filled with the unexpected.

To highlight this series with something fun, I’ve made a couple of online jigsaw puzzles from a couple of graphics that were in my files. If you click on the graphic below, you will be taken to the puzzle for that picture.

And then below that is a link to a FREEBIE.

This weekend – and only this weekend – The Tenant’s Guest (book 2) is FREE ON SMASHWORDS. This is a public coupon deal, so you don’t have to remember a coupon code. It will be automatically applied. And anyone can find the book for free. The coupon deal is only good until Monday, May 4.

The rest of the month, The Tenant’s Guest will be reduced in price as listed at the bottom of this post/email.

So…

Here are the jigsaw puzzle pictures. Click each to be taken to that picture’s puzzle.

And here’s the link for that freebie:
