While tomorrow’s discussion between Georgiana and her brother does not take place at a piano, but there are tears over old history.

~*~*~

“I do not have a headache, Fitzwilliam,” she whispered when they had reached the corridor.

“Perhaps not now, but you always have one after crying.”

“I am not crying.”

“You are on the verge of tears. It is only a matter of time.” He smiled gently at her. “Now, tell me what has you concerned about the season.”

Leenie Brown fell in love with Jane Austen's works when she first read Sense and Sensibility followed immediately by Pride and Prejudice in her early teens. As the second of five daughters and an avid reader, she has always loved to see where her imagination takes her and to play with and write about the characters she meets along the way. In 2013, these two loves collided when she stumbled upon the world of Jane Austen Fan Fiction. A year later, in 2014, she began writing her own Austen-inspired stories and began publishing them in 2015. Leenie lives in Nova Scotia, Canada with her two teenage boys and her very own Mr. Brown (a wonderful mix of all the best of Darcy, Bingley and Edmund with healthy dose of the teasing Mr. Tillney and just a dash of the scolding Mr. Knightley).

  1. I love that picture. I am trying to decide if it is a brother or a father. At first I thought it might be a music master trying to help her though a difficult passage. LOL! Then I decided it was something else… the title gave it away. Is there gray at the temples of the gentleman… father perhaps? Oh, well, it doesn’t matter. She is certainly unhappy.

Will Georgiana be honest with her brother? Will he be accepting of this match? I don’t know what to think anymore. You have messed with my head to the point I am as confused as our two lovers. You did that on purpose. chortle.

Be safe and healthy. We are slowly relaxing restrictions here in my state. I am still not running out like some are and have cancelled ALL my non-essential appointments UFN [until-further-notice]. It was funny, when I called each office, they were not surprised and some even said they didn’t blame me.

    1. I think it is smart to take it slowly. I intend to do so.

I actually thought that perhaps the fellow in the picture could be a suitor or a husband. You know I’m not even going to give you a hint about how it will go in this chapter, right? LOL 🙂
